I put this blog together on the web so the person at home can work out how to collect water with a wheeliebin under the downpipe. Not many tools are needed, and neither are sophisticated handyman skills. If you can drill a hole, hold a file and push, you should be able to manage it. I could, and my skills are certainly not expert.
